The Older Womens’ Cohousing at New Ground is an inspiration in how the community supports each others’ continued independence in later life.They each have their own one-, two-, or three-bedroom flats with outdoor space as well as a large communal space.

Cannock Mill

Cannock Mill has 26 homes for various residents, including young families, retired couples, and single people.

Hazelmead
The UK’s biggest cohousing neighbourhood with 53 sustainable, mixed-tenure homes in Dorset.
Hazelmead in Bridport has 53 homes grouped in small terraces facing the Common House. There are a mix of two-,three-, and four-bedroom houses, and fourteen one bedroom apartments.
Half of the homes are for social rent through a housing association partner.
